Life moves fast, and it’s easy to forget to check in with yourself. Affirm & Align, now in collaboration with Detox Art, is a relaxed, welcoming space designed for you to pause, reflect, and connect—whether you need a moment to reset, a mindset boost, or just good conversation over coffee.
For 60-90 minutes, I’ll be at Honey & Ivy Bakery alongside the inspiring Detox Art, offering casual wellness check-ins, mindful chats, and grounding affirmations. Detox Art will also provide thoughtfully curated coloring sheets to help you relax and tap into your creative flow.
