Affirmation Ally reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services, pricing, products, or offerings at any time—without prior notice.

We may also make changes to these Terms & Conditions, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Memberships

Membership purchases (including SOL Circles and solo subscriptions) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By signing up, you agree to the terms outlined in each offer, including cancellation policies where applicable.

One-on-one offerings and group sessions are non-transferable. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless outlined in a specific agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, downloads, audio, video, and digital products—is the property of Affirmation Ally and/or Endira Stewart unless otherwise credited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any content without explicit written permission.

6. Suspension or Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services or community spaces if a user violates these Terms, engages in harmful or disrespectful behavior, or misuses our offerings.

We believe in building safe, inclusive spaces. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespect toward the community, brand, or facilitator will result in removal.

Affirmation Ally is designed to support self-growth and mental wellness but is not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention.
