In this workshop, you’ll: Learn the meaning of seasonal blooms and foliage - how each stem can represent an intention, emotion, or affirmation. Create your own hand-tied bouquet, selecting autumn flowers and greenery that resonate with what you want to welcome or release this season. Infuse your bouquet with affirmations, guided by Endira’s gentle coaching to align your arrangement with your personal intentions.

Leave with both a beautiful bouquet and a grounding practice- a floral reminder to carry through the equinox and beyond. By the end of the class you will have learned how to use floral design as a meditative ritual of self-expression, creativity, beauty, and seasonal reflection.
