About the event
Join us for an intimate afternoon of creativity, reflection, and soul-nourishing connection. This 90-minute to 2-hour experience is a collaboration between affirmation educator, Endira Stewart of Affirmation Ally and local artist, Susan Furr. Together, we’ll guide you through a grounding breathwork practice, creative flow conversation, guided painting session, and a heartfelt journaling + affirmation closeout.
Whether you're reconnecting with your creativity or simply need space to breathe and be, this offering invites you to come just as you are and leave with something meaningful in hand and heart.
