This gentle, heart-centered workshop is designed to help you slow down and reconnect with the most important relationship you have - the one with yourself. Through a grounding meditation, guided prompts, and affirming words, you’ll craft a handwritten love letter to the version of you that needs it most.
Come as you are. Enjoy light refreshments, community, and intentional time for self-love. Leave with a deeper sense of connection - and a letter only you could write.
